This fabric is Three-End types terry fabric then make brush. Material is 60%cotton 40%polyester. Face Yarn use 32S cvc yarn bottom yarn 16S cvc yarn and link yarn is 50D polyester yarn.
French terry fabric can also be divided into many types:
1)According to the weaving method, it can be divided into two-thread french terry and three-thread french terry.
Two-thread french terry is made from two types of yarns, one is the yarn of the front side, the other one is the yarn of the back side, three-thread french terry will have one more connecting yarn between the front side and back side. Two-thread french terry can be made without spandex and with spandex, the technology is relatively mature now. But for three-thread french terry fabric, we usually make it without spandex, stretch three-thread french terry fabric is very rare, because it’s very difficult to make it, the technology is not yet mature.
2)According to the composition, it can be divided into cotton french terry, polyester french terry, cotton polyester (CVC) french terry, polyester cotton (TC) french terry, rayon french terry, rayon polyester/ polyester rayon french terry, modal french terry and other blended french terry fabric.
For example, like cotton spandex french terry fabric,which is made of cotton yarn and spandex yarn, we usually make 95% cotton and 5% spandex. About the cotton yarn, we usually use combed cotton yarn, which is not easy to pilling and its quality is more stable. And its surface will be smoother, its hand feeling also will be softer and more delicate.Moreover, cotton french terry fabric is more natural and healthy than other polyester french terry fabric or other chemical fiber blended french terry fabric. Therefore, children’s sweaters and coats made of cotton french terry fabric are also very popular.
3)According to the processing technology, it can be divided into dyed french terry, printed french terry, yarn dyed french terry, etc.
